Cherokee China Company was established in Jonesboro, TN in the early 1940's


The owner formerly had some kind of association with SPI in Erwin, TN, and the pottery continued in operation for only about 10 years.
Some of the Cherokee China Co marks include the words Rogersville, Tenn., so it is thought that the pottery may have been located there at some point in its history. Our research also shows that some of the handpainted pieces were pottery, some were porcelain.
