Leshay   LE SHAY is one of several Blue Ridge floral patterns with the blue dot-and-dash border. Negatha Peterson, former artist for SPI, told us that the flowers in all of the blue dot-and-dash border designs were painted using a large English floral platter (with the same style border) as a design guide! Since England entered WWII before the USA entered the war, the 3 dots and dash have intentionally been Morse Code for VICTORY.
