Nadine   A dainty Blue Ridge pattern found painted on the Colonial shape! The design consists of a central floral bouquet in shades of pink, blue, and yellow with leaves in two shades of green. Smaller versions of the flowers are painted around the central bouquet. A narrow pink line around the Colonial edge of this pattern gives it a special finishing touch. Difficult to find ~ a beauty! The painting of the floral design is vivid and complete. Free of chips, and cracks. More readily found with the finger than the eye are a few tiny nicks to the glaze on the plate edge (no stain), much too small to show in an image. Tilted just right in the light, a few lines of clear craze can be found. One pinprick size brown dot in the glaze original to the making of the plate can found (when examined with great care) below the yellow bud. The pink line around the edge is not continuous, however, the hills and valleys of the scalloped sides keep this from being distracting.
