SHIPMENT

  (1) Orders are dispatched by USPS as quickly as possible within 2-3 business days. 

  (2) Each shipment includes USPS on-line tracking (Delivery Confirmation).

  (3) Buyer is charged USPS postage rates based upon size, weight, and shipping distance. 

  (4) $1.95 Per Order is added to partially cover cost to prepare and deliver package to USPS.

 RETURNS

  Return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  Buyer must contact us for a RETURN authorization number to be placed on exterior of package.

  Buyer pays return shipping costs.     

  Returns must include an on-line tracking number.

  Buyer must provide us with the tracking number at the time of shipment. 

  Items and packaging must be returned in the same new condition as received.

  If buyer buys a pre-assorted lot of hangers, the entire assortment must be returned.

  Refund will be made via PayPal for invoice amount of item(s) only. 

  Original packaging and shipping costs are not refunded.
